Toprak Razgatlioglu wins Superpole Race ahead of Nicolo Bulega

At Donington Park, Toprak Razgatlioglu (ROKiT BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team) also won the Tissot Superpole Race of the UK Prosecco DOC Round valid for the MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship ahead of standings leader Nicolò Bulega (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati) who now has just one point ahead of the Turk. Also on the podium was home idol Sam Lowes (ELF Marc VDS Racing Team).

Toprak Razgatlioglu starts from pole position and then stretches going on to take his second win this weekend and 11th at Donington. Behind him Nicolò Bulega (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati) and Sam Lowes (ELF Marc VDS Racing Team) who redeems in this way the fall occurred in the early stages of Race 1.

Andrea Locatelli (Pata Maxus Yamaha) finished fifth ahead of boxmate Jonathan Rea (Pata Maxus Yamaha) and behind Alvaro Bautista (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati). Seventh place for Danilo Petrucci (Barni Spark Racing Team).
