Olimpia Milano and Virtus Bologna are in a hurry. The two championship battleships are already moving a lot in the market. The respective rosters for the 2025/26 season are almost complete. Only a few grafts are missing and then it will be all about preparing for the many commitments on the field.

L’Olimpia Milano, after also announcing Devin Booker (a multi-year deal for the former Bayern Munich), has yet to make official two market shots. Barring unforeseen events, they will be Vlatko Cancar, NBA Champion with the Denver Nuggets, and Leonardo Totè, long back from the Napoli Basket adventure, the two latest biancorossi additions. Also to be formalized is the renewal of Diego Flaccadori (the’agreement would have already been found some time ago).

Virtus Bologna is also very active. The’latest addition is Abraham Canka. Having concluded his experience in the NCAA, the 23-year-old Italian is ready to try his hand at the top Italian championship (although his transfer, on loan, to some other club is not ruled out).

While waiting to make official the’arrival to the Black Vs of Saliou Niang (just chosen at the NBA Draft by the Cleveland Cavaliers), only one long player would be missing to complete the department. There is much talk of Trevion Williams of Maccabi Tel Aviv but there would be other options on the table. In short, both Olimpia Milano and Virtus Bologna are one step away from closing out their buying campaign.
