When Luciano Darderi plays in Baastad final: time and TV schedule

Luciano Darderi is playing in Baastad, Sweden, for a chance to win his third ATP major circuit title, his second in 2025.

Ahead of the Italian d’Argentina, however, is an opponent not to be underestimated despite being 51 places further back in the rankings, Dutchman Jesper de Jong. Between the two is the first ever direct clash.

The match will be played starting at 2 p.m. Italian time and will be televised on Sky Sports and streamed on NOW. For Darderi, who after his experience at Wimbledon (where he reached the third round before being eliminated by Jordan Thompson) has chosen to return to clay, it is an important opportunity to impose himself on what is his favorite surface.

In the previous rounds, Darderi defeated Belgium&#8217s Raphael Collignon 6-2, 2-6, 6-2, Sweden&#8217s Elias Ymer 6-2, 6-2, Argentina&#8217s Sebastian Baez 6-0, 6-2, and another Argentine Francisco Cerundolo 6-2, 3-6, 7-3(3). In the past, the Blue has won two other tournaments, both on clay: in Cordoba in February 2024 and in Marrakech in April 2025.

As for De Jong, who is currently ranked No. 106 and also recently ranked in the Top 100, his path on Swedish clay has seen him defeat William Rejchtman Vinciguerra 6-3, 6-2, Czech Vit Kopriva 7-6(3), 7-5, compatriot Tallon Griekspoor, world No. 29, 4-6, 7-6(3), 6-3, and Argentina’s Ugo Carabelli, ATP No. 59, 6-3, 7-6(3).
