Ducati, Marc Marquez feels champion: "I can only lose it"

Ducati centaur Marc Marquez to Dazn Spain spoke after his triumph in Brno, which reinforces his leadership of the MotoGP World Championship standings: “This race reflected a little bit this first part of the season. We went well, we were going like yesterday with a lot of pace and a lot of confidence and I felt comfortable. This undoubtedly is one of the best first parts of the season in my whole career”.
“Clearly, the one in 2014 was perfect, but this is a different MotoGP because of the Sprints and the long races: all that builds up fatigue over the weekend. Taking stock, I am very happy with how I felt physically, because I had already seen the bike working last year”.
“We have ten races ahead with a 120-point lead, if we were to lose the world championship it is because we will have done something enormously wrong – admitted Marquez, who sees his ninth title within a stone’s throw.
We have to continue with the same intensity, the same concentration and the same approach we have had so far. This World Championship can only be lost by us.”
