Juventus, Dusan Vlahovic dilemma: Bremer exposes himself in no uncertain terms
Vlahovic yes, Vlahovic no: Juventus’s summer, in terms of the market, also passes by the decisions regarding the future of the Serbian striker, in goal in the friendly against Reggiana (his was the goal of the momentary 2-1, before Gondo’s final equalizer) but still not certain to continue wearing the Bianconeri jersey: at the window there’s Massimiliano Allegri’s AC Milan, which is trying to understand the margins of maneuver.
Inside the squad available to Igor Tudor, however, there are those who are pushing for Vlahovic to stay: in an interview with ‘La Gazzetta dello Sport’ in fact, central defender Bremer did not mince words. “Dusan is a good guy, I sincerely hope that in the end he stays here to give us a hand. These are personal choices. The decision will be his, I just hope it will be the best one for Juventus and for him”.
Who arrived at Juventus from Fiorentina in January 2022, Dusan Vlahovic had a lower impact in the Bianconeri than expected, and last season he was often left on the bench from the 1′ by both Thiago Motta and Tudor, who took over in March. Despite this, in 2024-2025 he scored 10 goals in the league, four in the Champions League and one in the Italian Cup.
Vlahovic also scored 2 goals in the recent Club World Cup: the first goal came in 94′ of the match with Wydad, thanks to which the Serbian set the score at 4-1, while the second one was sealed in the 84th minute of the final match of the group stage against Manchester City, a classic ‘flag goal’ worth 2-5.
