Inter Milan and Atalanta have reached an agreement for the transfer of Nicola Zalewski to Bergamo. The Polish outfielder had been redeemed last June by the Milanese club after a loan period that began in January, and now leaves Milan after only seven months.

The orobici closed the deal for the sum of 17 million euros: a sum that allows the Italian champions to generate a significant capital gain, after having paid for the player last June 6.5 million euros to Roma.

The signing of Zalewski was a specific request from Juric, who wants more choice on the flanks. The Polish player at AI’Inter played a total of 17 games, and a contract with the Bergamasque is ready for him until 2030.

Zalewski’s landing in Bergamo does not budge the situation for Ademola Lookman, currently stalled. Inter are unwilling to raise their first official offer, which was rejected by Percassi’s club, and the deal has not moved forward since then.
