Coppa Italia 2025-2026: Torino-Modena, the likely lineups

After a preseason of lights and shadows, closed with one win, one draw and three defeats in a row, the new Marco Baroni-branded Torino officially debuts tonight in the Coppa Italia against Modena. Kickoff at 9:15 p.m. at the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino. Up for grabs is a pass to the round of 16 with Pisa, who eliminated Cesena on penalties.

Baroni seems intent on launching newcomers Ngonge, Simeone and Aboukhlal among the starters immediately. Vlasic completes the offensive quartet. Newly acquired Anjorin is in midfield with Casadei, while in defense Coco is next to Maripan.

Sottil relies on Pedro Mendes and Defrel in attack. Gerli in the midfield booth, while the backline will be headed by Adorni in front of Chichizola between the posts.
