Milan-Bologna, big event even off the field for Coppa Italia final

The wait is over, in a few hours on the lawn of the “Olimpico” stadium in Rome Milan and Bologna will face each other to win the Coppa Italia Frecciarossa.

The Cup arrived in the capital on board a Frecciarossa1000 train that left Milan on May 13, accompanied by a number of Ambassadors, who were welcomed at Roma Termini station by Trenitalia President Stefano Cuzzilla, Lega Serie A President Ezio Simonelli, Trenitalia CEO Gianpiero Strisciuglio and Lega Serie A CEO Luigi De Siervo.

For the second consecutive year, Philadelphia is Event Partner of the Frecciarossa Italian Cup Final and will open the ceremony with a special video, created for the occasion, and broadcast live nationally on Mediaset (Channel 5). The video will feature the participation of two Lega Serie A Ambassadors and will be dedicated to the values of soccer and friendship.
During the ceremony, young players of the Philadelphia Junior Cup will carry a large tarp at midfield with the words “Football is Friendship” symbolizing the values of respect, sharing and inclusion that characterize the sport and the Philadelphia brand. In addition, a corner entirely dedicated to the Philadelphia world will be set up in one of the hospitality rooms of the Olympic Stadium.
In the pre-game and during halftime, images of the fans will be shown on the stadium’s big screens, bringing the “Borotalco Hug Cam” to life.
