Roberto Bolle impressed by a Jannik Sinner appearance.

On the occasion of ‘OnDance’, Roberto Bolle’s dance festival, staged in Milan at ’Arco della Pace from September 3 to 7, the 50-year-old dancer gave a long interview to ‘Affaritaliani’ in which he also spoke about Jannik Sinner.

“As an athlete, I am very fascinated by tennis– he admitted– and about Jannik, I am struck by his mental strength, his ability to stay focused even in the most difficult moments, when you are under pressure, you have big responsibilities, you are losing and yet you manage to stay extremely focused, positive and present in the moment. That is definitely not easy…”.

“It is not easy not to get conditioned – added the dance star -, I feel it myself when it happens that you make a mistake on stage, you remain mentally tied to that moment and it is very difficult to ignore it and go on as if nothing happened. Here, this mental strength is his greatest power, his greatest strength. It’s what makes him number one”.

“What would I make him do on stage? I don”t know because I don”t know his interpretative and athletic abilities, however, I would rather have advice on how to deal with his stage which is the playing field” concluded Bolle.
