The name of Roberto Gagliardini is no longer part of the’list of players left without a contract at the’beginning of the 2025-2026 season: in fact, the 1994-born midfielder has signed an agreement with the’Hellas Verona, a club with which the’former of Atalanta, Inter and Monza will remain linked until the end of this sporting year. 31-year-old born in Bergamo and raised in nearby Dalmine, Roberto Gagliardini grew up in the youth sector of Atalanta, with whose jersey he also made his first-team debut in the 2013-2014 Coppa Italia. After experiences on loan in B at Cesena, Spezia and Vicenza, he then returned to the Orobico club where he came to the fore in the first part of 2016-2017, before transferring to Inter.

With the Beneamata, Gagliardini played six and a half seasons, from January 2017 to June 2023, winning a Scudetto, two Italian Cups and two Italian Super Cups while accumulating 7 appearances for the national team between 2017 and 2020. In the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 seasons he was instead at Monza: well the first year, with 34 total appearances and one goal, less the second, conditioned by several physical problems.
