Lorenzo Musetti bitter: "It’s been a long time since I won a title"

It is a visibly disappointed Lorenzo Musetti who takes over the microphone during the awards ceremony of the Chengdu ATP 250 in which he surrendered in the final to Alejandro Tabilo. “It was a tough night for me. It was not my day – admitted the Azure -I congratulate Alejandro”.

Musetti did not convert two match-points in the 12th game of the third set: “It was an intense match and we fought on every point until the end. In this sport there&#8217s only one winner: sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. I hope next week can be better”.

“The’last one I won now three years ago, since then I have played a few finals but never managed to win. I hope the next one will be the right one. Thank you to the’organization and everyone who makes this tournament special” concluded Musetti who will be back on the court at the Beijing ATP 500 where the seeding leader is Jannik Sinner.
