What do you think of our National team after the last European Championships?

“Fascinating to see the’explosion of this guy. A player of absolute modernity who can still grow a great deal. He can play, serenely, in 3/4 roles. In perspective, he could also play guard. Think of him and Fontecchio together. Two explosive players who can hurt any defense”.

“Niang, Fontecchio, Diuof and the’experience of Melli. We are talking about talented players with great physicality. Perhaps, we have never had so much physicality. It will be good to see what will happen. I see a decidedly rosy future for the national team”.

“Basketball has changed. Today we play every two/three days, there are expanded staffs, lots of technology. The coach has to manage everything, he has to be in touch with everything. He puts his signature on what is an expanded job. He’s become a manager, a business leader. I have tried to put these and other concepts” down on paper.
