Korean Sports Festival: Faravelli’s wines fill up

Antonio Faravelli, a winemaker and golfer from Montù Beccaria in Oltrepò Pavese, owner of Cantine Vitea and creator of the “Golf and Wine 1895” project, was the protagonist at the international event Korean Sports Festival, hosted at the Sport Village in Assago, Milan.

Invited with his wines and the revitalization project that combines sports, wine and tourism, Faravelli proudly represented Italian excellence in an international context.

During the festival, Vitea Cellars’ award-winning wines were tasted and enjoyed by the public, registering great success also commercially. The Korean community in Italy, longtime admirers of Vitea wines, confirmed their enthusiasm, recognizing the quality and authenticity of a brand that has been able to combine tradition and innovation.

The company, awarded two gold medals in Asia, is looking at the eastern market as an exciting opportunity to strengthen exports and promote “made in Italy” in the world.

South Korea, a country with a strong sports tradition and great passion for golf, has enthusiastically welcomed Faravelli, inviting him to present his wines at some of Asia’s most prestigious golf clubs.
