After literally dominating in the first leg match at the Konami Youth Development Centre “Giacinto Facchetti” in Milan (7-0 the score), Inter women prepare for the return match of the second and final preliminary round of the UEFA Europa Cup against Vllaznia, scheduled for Wednesday, October 15 at 6 p.m. at the Loro-Boriçi Stadium in Shkodra, Albania.

The Albanian team, coached by Nikolin Leka, has little to ask of the match, given the wide margin to be made up: it is possible that some starters from the first leg will be kept at rest, in favor of those who took over in the second half instead. However, American striker Jennessa Groves, one of the foreign athletes in the red and blue club&#8217s ranks, should be confirmed.

As for Inter, coach Gianpiero Piovani is expected to reintroduce the three-defender scheme, with Bartoli and Pleidrup confirmed and the possible employment from 1′ of Katie Bowen in place of Spaniard Ivana. Wullaert and Polli, who both scored a brace in the first leg, could also swap roles, with the latter ready to play from 1′ in place of the Belgian striker.

Probable lineups

VLLAZNIA (4-2-3-1): Recalde; Rojas, Bajraktari, Vuksani, Leba; Deda, Madril; Cid, Berisha, Doci; Groves. All. Leka.

INTER (3-4-2-1): Runarsdottir; Bartoli, Bowen, Pleidrup; Tomasevic, Santi, Detruyer, Robustellini; Polli, Glionna; Consolini. All. Piovani.
