Genoa wins the race of fines

Five clubs fined in Serie A after matches played for the ninth round: the heaviest fine was imposed on Genoa for what happened during the home match lost to newly promoted Cremonese.
Fine of € 10,000.00: to Soc. GENOA for having its supporters, at the 40th of the second half, throw numerous smoke bombs on the field of play, which forced the’Referee to interrupt the match for about three minutes1; penalty mitigated ex art. 29, paragraph 1 lett. b) CGS.
Fine of € 7,000.00: to Soc. LECCE for having its supporters, during the match, throwing two firecrackers and five smoke bombs in the playing area; penalty mitigated ex art. 29, paragraph 1 lett. b) CGS.
Fine of € 7,000.00: to Soc. NAPOLI for having its supporters, during the course of the match, launched a semi-filled plastic bottle in a sector occupied by the supporters of the opposing team, a smoke bomb on the field of play and two smoke bombs in the playing enclosure; attenuated penalty pursuant to art. 29, paragraph 1 lett. b) CGS.
A fine of € 2,000.00: to Soc. BOLOGNA for having its supporters, during the match, throwing numerous plastic cups in the playing area; penalty mitigated ex art. 29, paragraph 1 lett. b) CGS.
Fine of € 1,500.00: to the S.C. ROMA for having its supporters, at the 16th of the first half, throwing a smoke bomb in the playing area; attenuated penalty ex art. 29, comma 1 lett. b) CGS.
