Juventus market: Vlahovic convinces, another forward may leave in January

From a sure starter to an asset for the future. Vlahovic, to the tune of excellent performances on the pitch, is making strides toward renewing his contract, which expires at the end of the current season. The Serbian, moreover, has stated that he absolutely does not rule out a stay with the Bianconeri, although, at the moment, he is focused only on the field.
Vlahovic’s comeback would be leading to important reflections on the part of the Bianconeri club. At this point, it is virtually impossible for Vlahovic to leave in January. Incredibly, he could instead pack his bags another striker, namely David.
The Canadian center forward, in these first months in bianconero, has largely disappointed. The data about him speak clearly. In 12 appearances, he scored only one goal, in the first league game against Parma. So many colorless performances and, above all, obvious difficulties in establishing himself as the team’s starting center forward.
It should be remembered that David signed, this summer, a major contract with Juventus, until June 2030 at six million euros fixed per season (plus two in bonuses). In short, Juventus has invested heavily on the’former Lille. Theoretically, there’s still time for David to prove himself, but the chances are diminishing.
