Achille Polonara returns home and makes a touching appeal
After ten days spent between life and death Achille Polonara finally returned home and was able to re-embrace his children and wife.

The basketball champion. suffering from leukemia and recently undergoing a bone marrow transplant, smiled often, once again showing all his courage, and also made a very touching appeal. “It is a beautiful Sunday – he said -.
