Italy, tough retort from Gennaro Gattuso to protesters

It was a particularly polemical Gennaro Gattuso at the Rai mic rophones immediately after the end of the 2-0 match win over Moldova. First the Azzurri coach reprimanded interviewer Tiziana Alla and then attacked the fans who were contesting the Azzurri during the match. Here are his words.
“Me disappointed? No, I saw an’Italy that played, they never shot on goal. I am very satisfied, if you stayed at Norway’s 11-1 is your problem”.
“I heard what the fans said, it is a disgrace that they tell us go to work. A disgrace: I don’t accept it but we are going forward.”
Closing on the World Cup qualifying formula: “In ’94 there were two Africans, now eight. In my time the best European secondaries went directly to the World Cup.”
