“It was the best day of my life –said, in no uncertain terms, the Cirié-born centaur.

I have to thank the VR46 Racing Team, Ducati and my team in Moto2 for allowing me to experience riding the best bike in the world. I had so much fun in every lap and every turn I took, I hope in the future to ride it even more”.

“The speed it reaches is unbelievable, but the most impressive thing is how fast you have to stop the bike– added the product of Valentino Rossi’s Academy. “It is an unforgettable experience, this day was an extra motivation to do even better in Moto2 and get to MotoGp soon. I want to wish Franco to get better as soon as possible”.

The decision to give Morbidelli’s bike to Vietti came only on Monday evening, as team manager Pablo Nieto confirmed: “Last night we decided to let Celestino try the MotoGp bike: it was good news for him and it was also very good for us.
