Jamie Vardy, defeat on the field and thieves in the house: loot of 100,000 euros

Thieves at Jamie Vardy’s house. The Cremonese striker was in fact the victim of a burglary at his villa in Salò, on Lake Garda, which was cleaned out by a gang of thugs.

On Sunday, while the’former Leicester player and his family were out, valuable watches, jewelry and cash were stolen by at least three people who entered through a window. The economic damage would be around 100,00 euros.

According to carabinieri in the Lombardy municipality, the gang would follow the movements of Vardy, his wife and children and knew that they would find the house unattended during that very time.

The whole thing in fact happened while everyone (him on the field, wife and children in the stands) was at the stadium for the match against Roma, which Cremonese lost 3-1.
