Ahead of Saturday night’s match against Lazio, AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri announced the very likely absence of Christian Pulisic against the Biancocelesti due to the muscle problem the American had in yesterday’s training, reassuring instead about Saelemaekers condition.

“Pulisic is unlikely to be in the match, however, anything can happen tomorrow and the day after tomorrow the same. Saelemaekers is fine, Gimenez next week should start to return slowly with the team. All the others are fine”, Allegri said.

“December will be a good month to live, there’s also the Coppa Italia– continued the Livorno coach.

The Coppa Italia is a goal, in Rome in May you are always very well. Then there&#8217s also the Super Cup, which will not be easy. But we take one small step at a time, the match against Lazio will still be different from the one in the Coppa Italia”.

According to Allegri’s return to the Rossoneri bench eleven years after the end of his first adventure with the Diavolo, during which in three and a half seasons he won a Scudetto and an Italian Super Cup, Milan is second in the standings ex-aequo with Napoli and two points behind Roma after 12 games. Most importantly, he is fresh from a 1-0 win in the deby with Inter, with Pulisic’s own decisive goal.
