Inter market, impresses giant on the flank: swap in January. But watch out for Napoli

Promoted with flying colors: during the match against Pisa, Inter closely watched Idrissa Touré, the massive German class of 1998 who ended up on the purchase list of the Nerazzurri market men several weeks ago. Even in the match at the Garibaldi Arena Touré showed what he is capable of: the player offered a high-level performance on the right flank, in both phases, recalling with his physical overpower Denzel Dumfries himself. The Milanese club has been looking for a long time for a deputy at the height of the oranje, given the obvious difficulties of Luis Henrique (who also disappointed with Pisa), and in January could consider a lunge.

Relations with Pisa are good: Ebenezer Akinsanmiro, a promising Nigerian midfielder, is playing in Tuscany on loan from Inter, and Marotta could also pull the Valentin Carboni card: the talented Argentine, who is beginning to get more space at Genoa with De Rossi, could represent an attractive offer for Pisa as part of a possible exchange. Idrissa Touré started out as a defensive midfielder but over the course of his career has been increasingly employed as a flanker. At Pisa he was also used as a trequartista, a testament to his excellent technical skills despite his imposing size.

Bred in the youth ranks of Leipzig, Touré made his first-team debut in 2017. In his career he has worn the colors of Schalke 04, Werder Bremen and Juventus Under 23. After a loan spell at Vitesse in 2020, he moved to Pisa where he has multiplied his market value in recent seasons. Touré has a contract until 2027 with the Nerazzurri and this season with Pisa he has always played as a starter, scoring the winning goal in the match against Cremonese: his performance has also attracted the attention of Napoli, which could make its move to anticipate Inter in the January market.

His versatility and physicality appeal to Antonio Conte, who sees him as a useful reinforcement to the Azzurri squad.
