Michela Moioli’s fourth Olympics has already begun on Monday, along the roads of her homeland. A symbolic but meaningful start for the champion from Bergamo, who took the first steps of an extraordinary career right here. Moioli, the last Italian flag-bearer at the opening ceremony of the Beijing 2022 Games, experienced a special Monday, destined to remain in the memory, on a path that looks straight toward Milan Cortina 2026.

A goal that would further enrich an already prestigious palmarès, four years after she won silver in the mixed team event in Beijing, paired with Omar Visintin, at the end of an exciting and hard-fought competition until the last meter.
