For the first time, there are fears that Yamal could really leave the Catalan club: the’transfer offer would break the current record set by the sale of Neymar from Barcelona to PSG for 222 million euros.

The proposal would come from the Saudi Pro League: in the coming summer, Arab clubs will invest significant sums to pick up many talents, including young ones, from European teams.

Barcelona as is known is facing several financial difficulties, and the arrival of 300 million would greatly benefit the club&#8217s coffers. However, this would entail the farewell of the team&#8217s most representative player: an eventuality that Barcelona cannot afford.

But much will also depend on the will of the player. In recent months, the relationship between the young star and Hansi Flick would no longer be so idyllic. The 18-year-old outfielder&#8217s missed penalty in the last game against Girona infuriated the German coach.

Yamal has not scored in four league games and could be affected by rumors about his future. “It is not a good time for us, especially in attack”, Flick admitted. “Right now we are not doing things the right way. The players need these days off because they are tired. The road is long and we will be back”.
