Dinamo Sassari has officially said goodbye to Jacob Pullen, who arrived in biancoblù just last November. The separation has already become a reality, despite the fact that the American outside player was making a positive contribution: 9.8 points per game on average, with three double-figure performances in the last four outings. The’absence in the last outings against Udine, Zaragoza and Tortona, motivated by a flu attack, suggested, however, that a breakup was coming.

“Dinamo Banco di Sardegna announces the consensual termination of the contract with Jacob Pullen. The player is to be thanked for his contribution during his experience in Sassari” the note reads, without providing further reasons.

The Dinamo, currently 13th in the league but qualified as first in its group to the second round of the FIBA Europe Cup, may now return to the market for a replacement. After the knockout against Tortona, coach Mrsic had in fact hinted at the possibility of a new graft, even anticipating the’release of the statement: “It may be that we will look for a player to replace Pullen”.
