Zarate: "I won’t be there because of the'referee"

On Monday night in the match against Napoli, Fiorentina will not have Mauro Zarate available. The Argentine striker has in fact received a three-day disqualification from the sports judge for grabbing Inter defender Jeison Murillo by the throat, all in the dying minutes of the match.

Interviewed at the open day at Meyer Hospital in Florence, the player made a few statements about the team and his absence in such an important match: “I felt good in this group, they are all humble and calm. The players want to do well. This year we are going to the Champions League, on Monday against Napoli I will not be there because of the referee.”
