Juventus fullback Patrice Evra is charging the Bianconeri ahead of the Champions League clash against Bayern Munich in about 10 days: “I have confidence in the team, the staff and the fans. Last year no one saw us in the final, now everyone sees us out with Bayern. We will try to make the fans proud,” he explains to Mediaset Premium.
Then the defense of Italian soccer: “People who criticize Italian soccer should come and play here. Tevez was right when he told me that to score goals in Italy you need lots of chances: here everyone is tactically prepared and I, even at 34, am learning great. In England soccer is more of a show, like two boxers going at each other until the ‘knockout,’ here it takes more intelligence than talent.”
