Tragedy for Bode Miller, daughter dies

The U.S. ski world is in shock over the death of Olympic champion Bode Miller’s 19-month-old daughter.
The little girl, Emeline Miller, reportedly drowned in a swimming pool. “We are devastated, couldn’t have believed we would feel such pain, not in a million years,” the former U.S. skier wrote devastatedly on Instagram, posting a photo of his fourth child. “Her love, her light, her spirit will never be forgotten….”
Authorities in Orange County, California, disclosed that the child died in the hospital Sunday after paramedics rushed to a home in Coto de Caza and tried to revive her. An investigation has been opened into the incident, which occurred Saturday.
