Lazio-Inter nerves: Sarri wins in comeback, brawl on the field

Inter Milan falls in Rome: Simone Inzaghi’s fatal comeback at the Olimpico, the Italian champions are defeated in a comeback 3-1 by Maurizio Sarri’s Lazio in a match valid for the eighth day of Serie A. After Perisic’s Nerazzurri goal, Immobile, Felipe Anderson and Milinkovic Savic made the Biancocelesti fans explode.
Nervous match, with a brawl suddenly erupting on the pitch after Felipe Anderson’s 2-1 goal. In the standings, Inter remain firm on 17 points in third place, Lazio climb back up to fifth on 14.

Simone Inzaghi’s team took the lead at 13′ thanks to Perisic on a penalty kick, awarded for a foul in the box by Hysaj on Barella. The match was in balance and the hosts came close to equalizing twice, in 24′ with Basic (Handanovic was there) and in 34′ with Immobile, who was inaccurate. Before halftime Perisic came close to a personal one-two but Reina opposed with a great reflex.
Ripresa, Inter tried to manage the lead but at 64′ Lazio found the equalizer with Immobile, again on a penalty. Bastoni hit the ball with his arm and Irrati had no doubts.
Simone Inzaghi in search of victory threw Lautaro Martinez into the fray, but in the 81st minute Lazio put the arrow in: Felipe Anderson after a scramble signed the 2-1 for the Capitolini.
After the biancoceleste lead, nervousness exploded: Dimarco was on the ground at the Lazio goal. Irrati quelled the tempers with a series of yellow cards (Milinkovic, Felipe Anderson and Lautaro). In the final, Lazio’s hat trick was signed by Milinkovic-Savic, header off Luis Alberto’s free kick.
