Mooney VR46 team centaur Luca Marini commented on a less-than-positive free practice Friday in Assen: “It was a bit of a tricky day, I was never really fast but we collected a lot of data, both in the dry and wet conditions, to better face tomorrow’s rounds and be ready for any eventuality.”
“The goal is definitely to try to get into Q2 in FP3, hopefully in a dry track session, and then make a final step forward for qualifying,” Valentino Rossi’s brother explained.
