Alex Marquez has made his farewell to Honda official at the end of the season: the brother of eight-time world champion Marc has announced his move to the Ducati-Gresini team in 2023, alongside Fabio Di Giannantonio.
“For me it’s fundamental to change in order to regain the same kind of motivation I had when I entered this category,” the Spaniard, this season just 18th overall, said in a note. Alex Marquez will take the place of Enea Bastianini, who next season will ride either in the factory Ducati team or in the Pramac team alongside Zarco.
