Sunday to forget for Fabio Quartararo at Assen
Nightmare Sunday for Fabio Quartararo at Assen: the French rider crashed twice during the MotoGp Dutch Grand Prix. On the fifth lap, the Yamaha centaur made his first major mistake in the World Championship, sliding to the ground while trying to overtake Aleix Espargarò, who was second.
After the fall, the transalpine rider managed to restart: returning to the pits, after a quick consultation with the mechanics he returned to the track to continue the race, but on lap 13 he fell again due to an electronic problem with his damaged bike. The world champion then walked back to the pits, visibly angry.
