Henrikh Mkhitaryan’s farewell message to the Roma world
Through an Instagram post, Henrikh Mkhitaryan wanted to say goodbye to the Roma world before moving to Inter Milan: “Dear Giallorossi, Roma is a truly unique club. From the day I arrived until the Conference League final and beyond, your support has been outstanding and I will always be very proud of it.”
“When I first put on this jersey I had one goal: to make this club win and make its fantastic fans happy: goal achieved in Tirana! This triumph was the perfect conclusion to my three years in the Giallorossi. Now it is time for goodbyes.”
“I want to thank all the people working at the club for the special relationship we have built together over the years. A huge thank you to our technical staff and especially to coach Mourinho for his trust and attention to me and for the extraordinary motivation he has given me as a player. I have given my all for Roma on and off the field. It was a great honor to play here and I will never forget the extraordinary moments we had together. This club and the Eternal City will forever remain in my heart. I love you all! Thank you Roma,” concluded the Armenian.
