Juventus, De Ligt to Bayern: the decisive offer has arrived
Dutch powerhouse close to transfer to Germany
Bayern Munich is pressing hard for Matthijs de Ligt. The Bavarian club has relaunched its bid, and presented Juventus with a proposal of 80 million euros plus 10 million in bonuses: a sum that has swayed the Bianconeri managers and displaced Chelsea, the other suitor for the player.
According to German media reports, Bayern has offered the player a five-year, 12-million-euro-a-season salary, and an answer from the oranje is expected soon. De Ligt could thus leave Turin after three seasons.
