Vettel is having little luck at Aston Martin
Daniel Ricciardo’s adventure with McLaren has come to an end. Aside from winning at Monza last season, the Australian has not done well with the Woking team.
And at the end of the season it is very likely that their paths will part. With Lando Norris firmly in place given a contract until 2025, McLaren is studying which driver to have on the team in 2023 and there is talk of youngsters such as the latest F2 champion, Oscar Piastri, or IndyCar driver, Colton Herta.
But according to the BBC, there are two other names on the shortlist: Alex Albon and especially Sebastian Vettel. The four-time world champion is not having a successful experience at Aston Martin, and in his future could thus be McLaren.
