Philippe Sandler could be Cagliari’s next reinforcement. The Dutchman is free after a spell at Feyenoord, and the Sardinians want to expand their central park (currently populated by Walukiewicz, Altare, Goldaniga, Boccia and the very young Obert).
Sandler, who grew up in Ajax’s youth ranks, moved to Zwolle in 2016 and two years later was signed by Manchester City. With the Citizens he never made his debut and was transferred on loan to Anderlecht. He moved to Troyes in 2021 and joined Feyenoord in 2022 but made just 2 appearances.
