Great disappointment also for Fausto Desalu, Lorenzo Patta and Chituru Ali after their elimination from the World Cup.
“Nothing went right, we had to do better, especially in the changes. But we’ll be back to make it count,” the former told Rai Sport.
“Jacobs’ absence? It was felt, but Ali lived up to it. We are very sorry, we were aiming for much different results, now let’s roll up our sleeves,” added Patta.
“It was a good lesson,” Ali concluded, “I gave everything, it was not enough. I know I have to work and that’s what I will do.”
