Fernando Alonso in history, Lewis Hamilton third
Fernando Alonso’s record
Fernando Alonso during the French Grand Prix has become the driver who has completed the most laps in the history of Formula 1: 18,672, eleven more than Kimi Raikkonen, despite having so far run four fewer Grands Prix than the former Ferrarista, who retired at the end of last season.
In third place in this ranking with 17,621, which is 1,526 less than Alonso, is Lewis Hamilton. Who, however, has spent 5,405 ahead of everyone.
Fourth, in an era of less racing, is Michael Schumacher, who has run 16,825, including 5111 in the lead, or 30.4 percent. Fifth was his former teammate Rubens Barrichello.
