F1 Ferrari: Charles Leclerc-Carlos Sainz, bad news coming.
Binotto and Ferrari strategists will have to decide where and who to penalize in upcoming Grands Prix
Summer work break for Mattia Binotto and Ferrari, who will have to decide on strategies for the upcoming Grands Prix, and determine by necessity a hierarchy between Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz. Due to the power unit reliability problems encountered in the first part of the World Championship, the team will be forced to make some painful choices and choose in which GPs to penalize Leclerc and in which ones Sainz.
The Monegasque, according to rumors, could change the engine or some components of the power unit at Spa and Austin, where it is easier to overtake and thus recover from the rear. For Sainz, on the other hand, an early change is possible in Monza, and not in Singapore, where a comeback would be almost impossible.
