Sainz without half measures

Ferrari driver Carlos Sainz, who appeared to be on the rise in the last few races before the summer break, gave an interview to As.com in which he talked about his remaining World Championship hopes but also about his healthy relationship with Charles Leclerc.

“Statistically everything is possible. From my point of view I will continue to give everything in every race, trying to win as many times as possible. In the last few outings I’ve grown and I’ve almost always been at the level of the best,” the former holder of Toro Rosso and McLaren among others said with great awareness.

Then a few words about his teammate: “With Charles we spend a lot of time together both in Maranello and on the track and normally we have similar views on many things. Other than that, when it comes time to have fun, we have fun.”
