It is recruitment time at Ferrari. Vasseur is being called upon to make a rather uncomfortable commitment, namely to go out and scout the right people to enable Ferrari to make a further improvement in terms of race performance. It is normal to look to the talents of Red Bull, i.e., the best stable around.
As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Vasseur reportedly tried to snatch both Balbo (chief aerodynamicist) and Waché (technical director) from the World Champion stable, but the attempts reportedly failed miserably. It will be necessary to focus on other figures and try to make everyone understand that the Maranello stable wants to be a protagonist at the same levels as Red Bull.
