MotoGp Ducati: bad news for Pecco Bagnaia at Misano
Ducati, Pecco Bagnaia received a grid penalty
Pecco Bagnaia’s weekend in Misano is not off to the best start. The Ducati rider was sanctioned by race officials for driving excessively slow during the first free practice of the San Marino Grand Prix.
In particular, the Ducati centaur allegedly created a dangerous situation at the end of the session by obstructing Alex Marquez: for him came a three-position grid penalty ahead of Sunday’s race. If he gets the best time on Saturday, Bagnaia will start only from the fourth box, on the second row.
The Piedmontese rider recorded sixth place in the first free practice: the best was World Championship leader Fabio Quartararo.
