MotoGp: Quartararo hopes for Marc Marquez in anti-Ducati key
Marc Marquez’s return to racing imminent: Quartararo hopes for it in anti-Ducati mood
Marc Marquez is in Misano, where he will conduct MotoGp testing next week that will mark his return to the track several months after his fourth arm operation. The Catalan rider’s return to racing is now imminent and could take place at Aragon, one of his favorite tracks, where he has already sustained some tests in recent days on a Honda 600.
World Championship leader Fabio Quartararo confessed in a press conference that he hoped for an early return of Marc Marquez, which could put the compact front of the Ducatis in trouble: “I hope that the test has a positive outcome, that he comes back and can immediately fight for the victory, destroying the plans of the Ducatis.”
Even according to rival Bagnaia, the comeback is close: “In Aragon he runs, we know him well and we know that on Tuesday he will want to be in front right away. And if he feels good after the first day, he will be ready to race. I’m glad he’s coming back.”
