A win to shorten the gap in the standings.

Dennis Foggia won the Moto3 Misano Grand Prix at the end of a thrilling race until the last meters. With him on the podium Jaume Masia and Izan Guevara, now leader of the rider standings due to the black flag withdrawal of Sergio Garcia. Sunday to forget also for Andrea Migno, who fell in the early stages of the race.

Emotions already from the first meters, with a crash involving Ayumu Sasaki and Nicola Fabio Carraro. In Misano, however, the errors are different and also involve the bigs: said of the fall of Migno, the same Garcia goes first long and then falls in turn. However, he has a chance to resume the race, led initially by Guevara. However, Foggia starts hammering the leader, also pressed by Daniel Holgado. The decisive overtake comes with six laps to go, with a splendid battle between Foggia, Guevara and the remounting Masia.

Palpitating final with Foggia, Guevara, Masia and Oncu all in a handkerchief. However, the Italian took a comforting lead as early as the last lap, with his three rivals vying for the bottom two positions on the podium. For him, it is the third victory in Misano: never before had anyone in Moto3 won so much on the same circuit.
