Ahead of the first official appointment of the new season, scheduled for Saturday, September 10, at 6 p.m., in the Supercoppa match against Chieti, Benacquista Latina Basket has named a new captain. The choice has fallen on Kader Abdel Fall, in his third season with the Nerazzurri team jersey.

Nicknamed ‘Aka’ by his teammates, the Senegalese basketball player said he was excited about this new role: “It’s a good feeling and a great responsibility,” Aka smilingly admits, “I’m very, very happy. It is a nice recognition from the club, in the time I have spent here at Latina they have trusted me and I will do everything I can to repay their trust in me, trying to be a good guide for my teammates.”
