The 1993 class was stopped during the game with Reyer

Not enough of a 67-78 defeat, the Cavallino-Treporti Tournament semifinal between Virtus Bologna and Reyer Venezia also brought with it one more worry for the Vu Nere’s coaching staff and management: during the second quarter, in fact, Awudu Abass had to raise the white flag due to a knee injury, without returning to the parquet after doctors’ intervention.

The 1993-class wing’s condition is therefore to be evaluated, especially since Abass himself, almost a year ago, was forced to a very long stop following the rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee.

No details on the nature of the injury leaked from the game report published by Virtus Bologna, while from the one released through Reyer’s channels comes, from the Orogranata club, good luck to Abass for a very quick return.
