Ferrari, Carlos Sainz is testy: “No one has ever congratulated”
The Spaniard is stymied
Ferrari driver Carlos Sainz, spoke to the Formula 1 website, admitting in a stymied manner how during the championship we have only dwelt on the mistakes of the Maranello-based Scuderia.
“It is difficult to say where we should have been braver and where more cautious. Certainly at many junctures we made the right move, but no one ever congratulated us. On the contrary, when we made mistakes, everything was always negative,” admitted the Spaniard, in his second year at Ferrari.
“Everything is amplified here. In my previous experiences, it didn’t happen to be so bounced back for a mistake,” revealed Sainz, who, before the Prancing Horse, raced for Toro Rosso, Renault and McLaren.
“Winning with Ferrari has more relevance. That’s why making mistakes is also the same. Personally, I’m trying to get used to it. It’s something that has to be learned to then react more appropriately to situations. You go back to the factory and try to progress,” concluded Charles Leclerc’s stablemate.
