Max Verstappen spoke about the situation of former teammate, in Red Bull, Daniel Ricciardo, who will leave McLaren at the end of the season.

“Daniel found himself in a situation where the car was not suitable for him and there was no real improvement in feeling comfortable in the car. Then, talking at length with the team, I think it got to the point where the two realities were better to separate. Sometimes that’s the way it goes. In any case, it’s great to have him in F1. He is a great guy, first of all, and I get along with him very well.
