Lorenzo Sonego ‘forgives’ Bublik: “He didn’t bother me.”
“I try not to be influenced either by the praise, which comes after a victory, or by the criticism, which is just as timely in case of defeat. I make my way always trying to progress.” Lorenzo Sonego, with ‘La Stampa,’ explains what his response is.
“Winning the first set was decisive, especially after canceling three break points in the fifth game. In the second set I was very good physically, he less so. At the first break immediately Bublik collapsed and did some academics. It didn’t bother me because we know each other and we are friends,” adds the Piedmontese returning to the important success he achieved at the Metz tournament.
