Ferrari, Charles Leclerc is confident and makes a prediction ahead of qualifying
The Monegasque pilot is confident
Charles Leclerc ended the second free practice session on Friday, Sept. 30, at the Singapore circuit with the second best time behind teammate Carlos Sainz.
The Ferrari driver, in words reported by Sky Sports, said he was satisfied with what he did on the track and made a prediction ahead of qualifying on Saturday, Oct. 1: “Our performance was good today although unfortunately we could not turn as much as we would have liked which, especially here, is not ideal at all. We need to make sure we have a clean third free practice session so we can work on race configuration. Our qualifying pace, on the other hand, is good and I think we can aim for pole position.”
The bearer of the Maranello stable, in this second free practice session, completed 14 laps: few, as Charles Leclerc himself pointed out.
